TFG Istanbul Morning Report (TFG Istanbul Menkul Değerler )

• On the back of positive momentum triggered by the lower than expected PPI data in the US MSCI Asia is up by 0.9%, following increases from EU indices yesterday. US and EU futures are also slightly down this morning. We expect a flattish opening for BIST.
• Swedish Minister of Defense stated that they will devote themselves to preventing the terrorist organization PKK's activities in Sweden.
• Putin said that if their demands are not met, Russia may withdraw from the Black Sea grain agreement.
• The proposal, which includes the purchase of double MTV for all vehicles for 2023 for once was accepted at the General Assembly.
• The IMF reported that the global economy growth was slightly behind its growth forecasts in the first quarter, but the data showed a mixed picture with signs of slowing momentum as well as areas of resistance.
• St. Louis Fed Chairman Bullard who is known as a supporter of hawkish monetary policies resigned.
• Fed/Daly stated that it's too early to declare victory on inflation. Fed/Waller stated that The Fed meeting in September will be an important meeting for monetary policy.
• In the summary text of the monetary policy meeting held by the ECB in June, it was stated that continuing to increase the monetary policy interest rate was evaluated.
• Retail Sales Volume Index was up by 28.4% y-y in Turkey following 27.6% increase a month earlier.

AGENDA
• Monthly Housing Sales data for June will be released in Turkey.
• Trade Balance in Eurozone will be announced in Europa.
• President Erdogan will visit Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE on 17-19 July.

COMPANY NEWS:
• The public offerings of Kaleseramik, Atakey Patates and Fuzul GYO was approved by the CMB.
• DOHOL:The Company's indirect subsidiary D-Yapi Real Estate Investment and Construction S.A. (D-Yapi) and Koray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıgı A.Ş. have signed an unbinding letter of intent for the development of a revenue-sharing based real estate project on D-Yapi's land of 55,167 m2 located in Pipera region of Bucharest, Romania.
• ASELS: ASELS announced that two contracts with a total value of 20.7 billion TL and 1.2 billion dollars were signed with TUSAŞ for the purpose of aircraft modernization.
• DESA: It has been announced that the Samsonite store, in which the company has a 40% stake, has started its operations in Zorlu Center AVM.
• PGSUS: It has been announced that the Airbus order covering a total of 114 new aircraft has been updated and additional order for 36 new Airbus 321neo aircraft has been made. In total order size increased to 150 from 114.
• TUCLK: Paid capital increase application that has been made to CMB has been rejected.
• ANSGR: It was announced that the premiums in the January-June period increased by 101.6% YoY and reached 18.2 billion TL.
• ANHYT: It was announced that in the January-June period, the premiums increased by 107.1% YoY and reached 2.9 billion TL.
