Market Watch (Şeker Yatırım)

The BIST 100 Index started Thursday on a positive trend after the Eid holiday, maintained its positive trend throughout the day with the support of banking stocks and completed the day at 10,739.94, up 2.57%. While the Banking Index diverged positively, up 3.62%, the Industrial Index rose by 2.35%. The Index, which ended its recent correction movement after the news that the draft tax study for the stock market was postponed and entered an upward trend, continues this course after the holiday. Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek's investor visits in London, as well as expectations that Turkey may be removed from the gray list on June 28, support the rise in BIST. On the global side, while macroeconomic data and the statements of Fed officials were followed, losses were seen in technology stocks in the U.S. stock markets, while European stock markets completed the day with increases. On the data side, while there is no significant data flow domestically, manufacturing PMI data from Germany, the Eurozone and the USA will be monitored abroad. This morning, the U.S. futures and German DAX futures are positive, while Asian stock markets are on a downward trend following Japan's higher-than-expected inflation data. Domestic VIOP30 Index completed the evening session up 0.27%. Locally, we expect the Benchmark Index to start the day with a positive trend and to try to continue this trend throughout the rest of the day. SUPPORT: 10,600 - 10,500 RESISTANCE: 10,800 - 11,000
